We hope you love what you ordered — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
🕐 Return Window
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If it’s been more than 5 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the request.
✅ Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is:

In its original condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed)

Packed with original tags and materials

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We request you to keep all packaging safe until you’ve made your return. Returns sent without proper packaging or in a damaged condition will not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, simply drop us an email at sales@moodsociety.in and we’ll guide you through the process.
💔 Received something damaged or incorrect?
We’re really sorry! Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll evaluate it and make things right.
Unfortunately, damages reported after 48 hours from day of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
🚫 Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

🔄 Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges. But you’re welcome to return eligible items and use store credit to place a new order.
💸 Refunds
If your return is approved, here’s how refunds work:

For change of mind or dissatisfaction: You’ll receive a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue. A flat ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit as there are fees associated with returns as well.

For damaged or wrong items: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method — no shipping fees deducted.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your return and you haven’t seen the refund, just drop us a message at sales@moodsociety.in — we’ve got your back.
❌ Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that sometimes plans change. Orders can be cancelled only before they’ve been dispatched from our studio. Once your order is on its way, we won’t be able to cancel it.
If you’d like to cancel, please reach out to us at sales@moodsociety.in or WhatsApp us with your order details as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before it ships out.
